  • Must have 3 years’ experience in medication assisted treatment and family medicine

Description

Nurse Practitioner needed in Arizona for Adult Medicine coverage. Must be Board Certified, have current DEA, and AZ state license. Shifts will be Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, some Saturdays and call requirement. 10-15 patients per day. Sick visits and medication refills and patients who have been recently released from jail or prison who need MAT such as Suboxone. Must have 3 years’ experience in medication assisted treatment and family medicine. Must have a minimum of 6 months experience with MAT. AHCCCS required. Support staff includes APPs, RNs, MAs.
