  • Monday – Friday, 9 am – 5 pm schedule with one evening per week
  • 32 patient contact hours with 8 admin hours (can work from home)
  • Call schedule only 1:8 with nurse practitioner triage support
  • 15 – 20 patients per day in adult-only primary care practice
  • Full support staff including nurses and resource specialists
  • Immigration attorney support for visa candidates (not capped)
  • Integrated behavioral health model reduces provider burnout
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family medicine
