  • Four-day workweek, Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm (32 hours per week)
  • Rotating Saturday coverage from 8 am – 12 pm; offset hours given same week

  • Average 25 patients per day with dedicated MA support per provider
  • Nurse-triaged call with infrequent backup call rotation
