  • 5 – 7 patients per day — panel of up to 110 participants
  • Clinic setting with nursing home coverage — max 20% of schedule
  • Experience with seniors and frail elderly required — comorbidities, chronic disease
  • Open to both IM and FM trained physicians
  • Adults only — all geriatric patients
  • Option to transition to a permanent position
