CompHealth was once again recognized as one of West Michigan’s Best and Brightest to Work For. This is the eleventh year our Grand Rapids office has been named to this list.
The award identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in their human resource practices and employee enrichment. Organizations are assessed based on categories such as communication, work-life balance, employee education, diversity, recognition, retention and more.
Employees love working at CompHealth because of our core value of Putting People First, which encourages our people to take care of each other, our customers, and community. Company decisions are made with the best interest of our people in mind, and we’re always trying to build a workplace that feels more like a family than a job.
Employees feel free to be themselves and are passionate about the work they do. Our people also care about making a difference. Just last year, our people used more than 10,000 hours of their company-paid volunteer time off and placed more than 14,000 medical providers across the country who served nearly 27 million patients.
