CompHealth promotions reflect growth, leadership development CompHealth recently reorganized its leadership team, promoting several of its leaders to new positions to accommodate the brand's growth and expansion. David Baldridge, former president of CompHealth's locum tenens division, is now group president over CompHealth's locum tenens and the allied health staffing divisions in Salt Lake City, Utah. He will oversee all strategic and operational developments for both groups. The locum tenens division directly affects patient care by placing more than 1,000 locum tenens physicians per month in 47 medical specialties and in all 50 states, and the allied health division places advanced practitioners and laboratory professionals in temporary positions across the country. Melissa Byington has accepted a promotion from vice president to the position of division president for CompHealth's locum tenens division, which is also the largest division of CHG Healthcare Services. Ms. Byington is responsible for the performance of more than 300 sales professionals who work with both healthcare facilities and healthcare providers. Ms. Byington started at CompHealth in 1997 as a recruiter and during her tenure, the locum tenens division has doubled in size. Ms. Byington is a member of the NALTO Ethics Committee, and she also serves on the executive council for the United Way Women's Philanthropic Network in Salt Lake City, Utah. Allison Beer, vice president, is the newest member of CompHealth's locum tenens division leadership team. In addition to directing strategy and results for more than 300 sales and support mployees, Ms. Beer also oversees the on-boarding of all new sales employees as well as employee engagement and cultural development. Ms. Beer has been part of the CHG family of companies for more than five years, serving as vice president of Weatherby Locums and president of RN Network before serving in her current role at CompHealth. Michael Sievert will move from his role as the divisional vice president of CompHealth's physician permanent placement group in the Ft. Lauderdale, Florida office, to the CompHealth team in Salt Lake City. Mr. Sievert provided leadership for the emergency medicine, pediatrics, and primary care permanent placement practices while in Florida. Mr. Sievert will oversee the performance of the primary care, surgery, subspecialties and medical oncology teams in Salt Lake City. Luke Woodyard has taken on the role of vice president in CompHealth's Fort Lauderdale office, where he will assume direction of the emergency medicine, pediatrics and primary care permanent placement teams. In his previous role as a director for the primary care team, Luke was responsible for leadership and strategic direction in all aspects of the group's operations. He has been with CompHealth/CHG since 2009 where he started as a director and moved into the senior director role before transitioning into the VP role for the Florida office.
