Description

CompHealth is assisting a stable and secure group in Arkansas with their search for a hospitalist due to growth. Work a flexible block schedule to average 15 shifts per month. It will be mostly day blocks, but the hospitalists split night blocks during the year. The active medical staff consists of over 100 physicians representing approximately 30 medical specialties. The department was recently renovated, and has all state-of-the-art monitors. The hospitalist will do rounding, admissions, discharges, and consults with assistance from the APRNs. You will need general hospitalist procedures and there is an open ICU for rounding, but they have specialists available as needed. Come work with great nurses, physicians, and an administration all focused on an excellent patient experience.

This hospital-employed position is offering a $300K salary plus a $50K sign-on/commencement bonus. You will also be offered medical benefits, life insurance/disability, relocation assistance, CME, a retirement plan, and malpractice insurance.
