Description

A hospital in Maine needs a pediatrician for a traditional opportunity in a general pediatric outpatient clinic with limited inpatient responsibilities. Join a fantastic team of board-certified pediatricians a small critical access hospital. The schedule is 4 days a week with flexible scheduling and a 1:3 call schedule with no night call unless there is an emergency. The incoming specialist can expect to see 16 patients per day on average. H-1B and J-1 visa candidates can be sponsored and 2021 pediatric residents are welcomed. This hospital-employed position offers a competitive compensation depending on experience. You will also receive relocation assistance, student loan repayment assistance, a sign-on bonus, medical and dental insurance, life insurance, 4 weeks of PTO, 88 hours of holiday time, accrued sick time, 2 weeks of CME with a $3K stipend, a retirement plan, and paid malpractice with coverage. Professional licenses and DEA paid for and $1.5K to go toward society memberships. Living in Houlton gives you access to all that Maine has to offer.
