$600k minimum, $100k sign-on bonus, and fellowship stipend
Phenomenal sign-on package; non-profit where you can qualify for PSLF

Management of all ped surgical cases (general, cardiac, ENT, GI, etc) along with cath lab cases
Interview expenses paid
35 days off per year (flexible); 64 hours of protective leave can be added
