Compensation is highly competitive, new grads start at a minimum $223K salary which increases year two. CRNA’s work a rotating schedule with minimal call and have the opportunity to sign up for extra call/OT that can significantly add to your yearly income. Those that have student loan debt will be offered $80K towards loan forgiveness, for those without debt a Sign-On Bonus is available.
