Description

My client a hospital management group in Oklahoma is seeking a Permanent CNO to join their organization and be a CNO at one of their hospitals about an hour northeast of OKC. The ideal candidate will have CNO experience at a Critical Access Hospital, a BSN, and extensive experience leading change management, in particular the approaches and methods of process improvement, including planning, setting priorities, systematic performance assessment, implementation based on such assessment, and sustaining achieved improvement. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and benefits package.
