Description

My client a not-for-profit community hospital and trauma center in Southern California is seeking a Permanent Director of Leadership Organizational Development to join their team. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s Degree and a Master's degree is highly preferred. Also required is 10+ years of experience in a leadership role as head of Learning, Talent Management or Organization Development within a large healthcare organization preferably an acute care hospital. This position is located in an excellent location in Southern California that is near major metros and beaches.
