Description

We’re seeking an experienced RN Supervisor to join a well-established community hospital in Northern California. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supervising hospital personnel during the evening shift. As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, supporting staff, and overseeing hospital operations.


Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and provide leadership during evening hours.
Serve as the administrative liaison and clinical resource to hospital staff.
Ensure compliance with clinical and administrative standards.
Assess patient acuity and assign patient care based on individual needs.
Coordinate bed control functions and facilitate inter-facility transfers.


Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the State of California (or ability to quickly obtain one)
Current BLS certification.
BSN Preferred
