My client, a rural healthcare facility in Southern Washington, is seeking a permanent Perioperative Services Director to join their team. To be considered for the role, candidates must have 3+ years Management or supervisory experience within the OR. Previous rural healthcare experience is highly preferred as well as leaders who can step in with hands-on assistance. The scenery in Southern Washington is stunning with sweeping views of the Cascade Mountains and rural farmland as far as the eye can see. Residents here enjoy the quiet yet friendly atmosphere of this charming rural community along with its close proximity to nearby cities like Portland and Seattle.
