  • 12 or 24 hour shifts (7am-7pm or 7am-7am)
  • Patient load: 10 – 22 patients per day across two facilities
  • Level 1 or 2 NICU — stroke certified hospital
  • OR License Required
  • Support staff includes 5 RNs and 13 NP/PAs
  • EMR: Epic
  • High delivery room volume — unit-based support and procedures required
  • Coverage needed due to extreme staffing shortage
