Average 15-18 patients per day, 5-8 admits per night
ICU rounding required
Non-invasive ventilator management required
Central lines and arterial lines preferred
On-call shift schedule: 1 in 5 shifts
Night coverage handled by telemedicine program
ACLS certification required
