Discover an exceptional emergency medicine opportunity in Bismarck, the capital of North Dakota, where a thriving level II trauma center and a supportive, well-established team await.
This 30-bed emergency department manages an annual patient volume of 38,000, supported by 49 hours of daily physician coverage and full subspecialty call, along with both pediatric and adult hospitalist programs. You will join a collegial group of 16 residency-trained emergency medicine physicians, enjoying a strong work–life balance with 13 – 15 shifts per month consisting of efficient 8- – 9-hour shifts.
The position offers high earning potential anchored by a robust $400k base salary, complemented by advanced resources including high-quality ultrasound and a video laryngoscope.
