Monday – Friday schedule: 8 am – 6 pm, 8 am – 7 pm, 8 am – 5 pm, 8 am – 5 pm, 8 am – 1 pm
Average 20 patients per day in outpatient setting
Board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine required
Full-service outpatient office with comprehensive facilities
