My client, a small hospital in Illinois, is seeking a Permanent Onsite Director of Revenue Cycle to join their team. To be considered candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in health administration or related field, at least 3 years of experience in revenue cycle within the healthcare industry. Candidates must also have previous experience in a critical access hospital setting. The Director of Revenue Cycle will report directly to the CFO and have oversight of the Revenue Cycle Manger and HIM Manager. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary and benefits package.
