My client in Central Washington is seeking a Permanent RN Emergency Services Manager to oversee their 2 ER's totaling 38 beds and about 46,000 annual visits. To be considered candidates must have Emergency Room leadership experience and obtain their BSN within 2 years of employment. The Manager will also have approximately 125 FTE's under them and a few direct reports. The selected candidate will receive an offer that includes great benefits, a strong base salary, annual bonus potential, and relocation assistance. The location is 2 1/2 hours to Seattle and the region offers a diversity of recreational opportunities in breathtaking landscapes, from alpine country to the high desert, orchards to vineyards, cross country skiing to fly fishing and everything in between.
