This critical access hospital in Coastal Western Alaska is seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead and advance pharmacy services. This is a full-time, day-shift pharmacy leadership role reporting directly to senior hospital leadership. This location offers a unique lifestyle and adventure providing a one-of-a-kind Alaskan experience with stunning wilderness, rich Indigenous culture, tight-knit community life and access to numerous outdoor activities (hiking, fishing, and viewing the Northern Lights).
Candidates should have some hospital pharmacy experience, with pharmacy leadership experience preferred. A PharmD is required (will consider a Bachelor's in Pharmacy as long as candidate has hospital pharmacy leadership experience). AK license is preferred however will consider candidates with an active US license willing to obtain an Alaska state pharmacist license.
This role offers highly competitive compensation (up to $245K DOE), a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and a full comprehensive benefits package.
