CRNA Opportunity Near Mount Rushmore – Up to $275K + $100K Sign-On!

A small surgical hospital located near Mount Rushmore is seeking a CRNA to join its team. This opportunity offers generous compensation up to $275K along with a $100,000 sign-on bonus (4-year commitment). Enjoy a CRNA-only practice with a manageable 1:12 call schedule from home (weekdays and weekends). You’ll see a diverse case mix with no hearts, neuro, or OB, allowing for a balanced and predictable workload.

Outside of work, the Black Hills region offers year-round outdoor recreation, including hiking, fishing, hunting, off-road motorsports, and incredible wildlife experiences—all with the added benefit of no state income tax.

New graduates are welcome and will receive a structured preceptorship for a smooth transition into practice.
