Description

A rural health clinic in southeastern Colorado is seeking an FNP or a PA to join their tight-knight team. This is full-time role providing Primary Care to patients of all ages, and all experience levels are welcome to apply.

The facility offers great benefits, and the work schedule allows for work-life balance.

The community is rural, friendly, and offers excellent outdoor recreation. A short drive to John Martin Reservoir State Park, Mike Higbee State Wildlife Area or Two Buttes State Wildlife Area.
