Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator

A progressive academic health system in Central California is seeking a Lead Oncology Clinical Pharmacist to support its outpatient cancer center pharmacy services. This hybrid leadership role partners closely with physicians and clinical teams to oversee oncology pharmacy operations, sterile compounding quality, workflow optimization, policy development, and regulatory compliance. You’ll play a key role in program growth, 340B support, and staff development within a highly collaborative environment.
Candidates must have a PharmD, completion of a PGY1 residency, and at least 2 years of oncology pharmacist experience (inpatient or outpatient). A PGY2 Oncology residency and BCOP are preferred. Strong clinical knowledge, sterile compounding experience, and the ability to work cross-functionally are essential. California license required prior to starting.
Being centrally located, this opportunity offers excellent work-life balance with proximity to Fresno and Bakersfield. Compensation ranges from $165K–$236K, plus a $10K sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and up to $20K in student loan repayment, along with a full benefits package.
