18-20 patients per 8-hr shift, 25-30 patients per 12-hr shift
100% walk-in urgent care clinic acting as mini-ER
Must be comfortable with laceration repairs, suturing, I&D, casting
Variable acuity levels 2-5 with acute, urgent, and primary care mix
All ages from newborn to 90+ years, mainly adult population
Minimum 2 years primary care, urgent care, or EM experience required
Hospital privileges required
