Located just 30 minutes from Manhattan, this premier hospitalist leadership opening is ideal for an experienced Internal Medicine physician who has a proven track record of leading teams and driving measurable program outcomes.
The role is structured as 90% administrative and 10% clinical.
Key responsibilities include:
Team Management: Hiring, scheduling, performance management, and oversight of both physicians and APPs.
TStrategic Alignment: Setting departmental goals in coordination with hospital leadership and reporting on key metrics.
TEnsuring high-quality patient care, accurate and timely documentation, and investigating/resolving departmental complaints.
THours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (or similar), with a required on-site presence during business hours.
Compensation: $400K+ base salary plus performance bonuses and a full benefits package.
