My client, a Critical Access Hospital in South Dakota is seeking a Permanent Onsite Director of Rehabilitation Services to join their team. To be considered candidates must have a PT, OT, or SLP with 5 to 7 years of leadership experience within a hospital or rehab setting. It's preferred for candidates to have experience within a Critical Access Hospital, but not required. The position will report up to the COO and will have approximately 22 FTE's reporting to them. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous compensation package including base salary, relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, up to 4 months of housing, and an excellent benefits package. The position is located in the state’s Glacial Lakes and Prairie’s region. The area features a wide variety of events and opportunities throughout the year and is truly a community that has something to offer for everyone.
