A growing West Texas health system is seeking an 8on/6off Night Shift Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist to join a highly clinical pharmacy team within a 400+ bed Level II Trauma Center and teaching hospital. This overnight role includes trauma/code response, multidisciplinary rounding, pharmacokinetic dosing, and physician collaboration within a progressive decentralized pharmacy model. Compensation offers hourly base pay plus shift differentials with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance potential.
Candidates must either have or be able to obtain a Texas pharmacist license prior to starting along with either a PGY1 residency or 3+ years of applicable hospital clinical experience. PGY2 training in Emergency Medicine, Critical Care, or other related specialty is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be clinically strong, team-oriented, and comfortable practicing in a fast-paced trauma environment. Board certification is required within 3 years of hire.
