We are seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead inpatient pharmacy operations within a medium size acute care teaching hospital in Middle Tennessee. This leadership role oversees a department of 70+ employees and is responsible for operational oversight, regulatory compliance, budgeting, staffing, medication safety, and clinical service development. The hospital features advanced cardiac services, NICU, robotic surgery technology, and an accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Program. Compensation reaches up to $200K (depending on experience) with relocation assistance available.
Candidates must possess an active Tennessee pharmacist license (or be eligible to obtain one prior to start) along with at least 3 years of recent or current Director of Pharmacy experience in an acute care inpatient setting. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with strong operational, clinical, and team management experience within a hospital environment.
Located in Middle Tennessee about an hour from Nashville, the area offers affordable living, strong schools, outdoor recreation, and a family-friendly atmosphere with convenient access to major city amenities.
