Lead CRNA in NC for Multispecialty Surgery Center– No call, nights or weekends!
Our client in a thriving North Carolina community is seeking a Lead CRNA for a multispecialty surgery center, offering a unique opportunity to combine clinical practice with leadership responsibilities. In this role, you will oversee daily room assignments while also managing your own caseload, working closely alongside the anesthesiologist in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. This outpatient position provides a high level of autonomy, a collegial culture, and a steady Monday–Friday schedule with no call, supporting an excellent work-life balance. Compensation is highly competitive, with earnings up to $290K plus a full benefits package. Candidates with leadership experience or strong leadership potential are highly preferred.
