Inpatient caseload capped at 7 patients maximum
Serves all patient populations: geriatric, adult, adolescent, pediatric, and mother and infant
Coordinates discharge planning and transitions of care with Case Management support
Master of Social Work (MSW) with Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 3 years of hospital social work experience required
Current Maine state social work licensure required; locally licensed candidates preferred
