Join a well-established and growing cardiac surgery team dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, high-acuity environment. This full-time opportunity offers the chance to work alongside experienced cardiac surgeons and multidisciplinary professionals while playing a key role in the care of adult cardiac surgery patients.
The provider will serve as a first assist in open-heart procedures and participate in the continuum of patient care, including pre-operative consultations, post-operative management in the ICU and inpatient setting, daily rounds, and admissions. Candidates will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen advanced procedural and surgical skills while contributing to a respected cardiac surgery program.
Qualified candidates include Physician Assistants with cardiac surgery experience or strong related clinical training, as well as Nurse Practitioners who possess RNFA certification. New graduates with relevant cardiac surgery rotations or closely related experience are encouraged to apply.
