Quick Facts

7-on 7-off block schedule averaging 14 – 15 shifts per month
12-hour shifts, 7 am – 7 pm, with 33% night requirement
Hospital-employed position with a well-established hospitalist group
Average patient census of 10 – 12 patients per day with approximately 3 admits per shift
ICU experience required; ventilator management experience essential
Hospitalist leads all codes (excluding ER) and responds to all rapid response teams
Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians preferred
Located in western Oregon, 25 minutes east of Corvallis and 75 minutes south of Portland
