Quick Facts

  • 7-on 7-off day block schedule; shift runs 7 am – 7 pm with typical departure around 2 – 4 pm
  • Round-and-go model — no expectation of staying the full 12-hour shift
  • APP support on-site Monday – Friday until 5 pm; dedicated night APPs cover 7 pm – midnight daily
  • Manageable daily census of 13 – 18 patients with APP managing follow-up patients
  • Interdisciplinary team environment focused on post-acute rehabilitation and value-based care
  • Complex rehabilitation patient population including stroke, brain injury, and spinal cord injury
  • Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician required; DEA required
  • Florida license required; experienced hospitalist or inpatient rehabilitation candidates preferred
