Quick Facts

  • 40 hours/week — Mon – Fri, with daily shift times varying by day
  • 18 – 25 patients per day — chart closure within 2 business days
  • FQHC clinic setting
  • EMR: OCHIN or EPIC
  • Nexplanon and IUD experience highly preferred — women's health required
  • All ages seen — pediatrics through geriatric, including newborns
  • Rural FQHC experience preferred
  • MAT waiver helpful for addiction treatment support
