Three 12-hour shifts per week with 36 patient-facing hours
Rotating weekends every 4th Saturday and Sunday, 9 am – 3 pm
Weekend weeks require only two 12-hour weekday shifts
Outpatient-only setting with no hospital responsibilities
Patient census of 20 – 25 patients per day
Supervisory role overseeing 2 – 5 advanced practice providers
Board-certified family practice physician required
