Quick Facts

1 – 2 weeks per month with a 6-month commitment
35 inpatient census; 5 consults and 3 – 4 clinic patients daily
Mornings — cath lab and inpatient rounding; afternoons — clinic
Must be able to read nuclear cardiac imaging
Procedures: diagnostic and interventional cardiology, LVADs, radial access
Skills required: EKGs, Holter monitors, echo, all stress test modalities
Cardioversions, med management; pacemaker insertion a bonus
