A Bachelor's degree in nursing is required along with at least 5 years of leadership experience overseeing critical care or cardiovascular units. A master's degree is highly preferred along with a CCRN Certification. This area boasts a close-knit community atmosphere where residents share strong bonds and genuine neighborly care.
