My client, a small acute care hospital in southern Minnesota, is seeking a permanent, onsite Med Surg Nurse manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an RN and previous leadership experience either as a charge, lead, assistant manager or manager. The position reports directly to the CNO. The position is located in a small town known for its beautiful neighborhoods, historic architecture and great cultural attraction. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and benefits package.
