16 – 20 patients per shift
Both inpatient and outpatient required — admissions required
Mix of clinic (60%), hospital (10%), and procedures/surgeries (30%)
Cystoscopy, stent placement, prostate biopsy, vasectomy available
Robotic surgery, laparoscopic, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy required
Pediatric testicular torsion and pediatric urology ER coverage required
Beeper call — 1:2 or 1:3 ratio with 15-minute response time
