Quick Facts

  • Full-time, five days/week — 8-hour shifts with flexibility for 9-hour shifts
  • One evening shift per week — 12 pm – 9 pm — plus one Saturday per month
  • Average 20 – 24 patients per 8-hour shift; 25 – 27 per 9-hour shift
  • Outpatient family practice clinic — primary care and same-day visits
  • Scheduling guidelines prevent back-to-back complex visits
  • Procedures: suturing, splinting, joint injections, IUD placements, and more
  • Primarily Spanish-speaking, farm-working family patient population
  • 2 years NP/PA experience required — family practice and urgent care preferred
