  • 8 am – 12 pm clinic/procedures, 1 pm – 4 pm clinic/procedures — 4 pm – 5 pm office time
  • 7 hours of direct patient contact required per day
  • New patient appointments — 60 min; follow-up visits — 30 min; Botox — 30 min
  • Outpatient neurorehab practice with hospital follow-ups from inpatient unit
  • TBI management and spasticity care required
  • Busy Botox practice for spasticity management — injection skills required
  • CARF accredited inpatient unit
