Quick Facts

  • Restricted in-house call only — no clinic duties
  • Shifts up to 24 hours — 5 to 15 shifts per month
  • Mon – Fri: 7 am – 5 pm and 5 pm – 7 am shifts available
  • Sat – Sun: 7 am – 7 pm and 7 pm – 7 am shifts available
  • Approximately 60 births per month — C-section rate ~23%
  • Level 2 nursery — must be comfortable managing to that level
  • ED consultation, deliveries, C-sections, and GYN care required
  • NRP certification required for privileges
