Monday – Friday schedule with physician-directed rounding hours
Separate on-call team handles primary call; minimal emergency coverage only
Manageable daily census of 16 – 18 patients across 1 – 2 facilities per day
No procedures required and no independent ventilator management
Opportunity to take on a Medical Director role as the practice grows
Physician-led post-acute group dedicated to quality care and strong patient outcomes
Ability to supervise APPs and contribute to leadership and quality initiatives
Board-eligible or board-certified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics required
