My client, a Critical Access Hospital in Vermont is seeking a Permanent Onsite Revenue Director to join their team. The position will report up to the CFO and will have approximately 24 employees under them. This facility is seeking a Revenue Cycle leader that has a minimum of 5 years revenue cycle leadership experience within within a Critical Access/Rural Health organization or FQHC. A Bachelor's degree is required and a CRCR, CHFP, or CPC Certification is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Meditech is a huge bonus. The selected candidate will be rewarded with a generous base salary, relocation assistance, and excellent benefits package.
