No call required
Experience with EMG and NCV studies preferred
Musculoskeletal injections and ultrasound-guided injection experience a plus
Board-certified or board-eligible in PM&R or Sports Medicine
4 weeks of vacation and holidays off
W2 or 1099 employment status available
