  • 24-hour shifts — in-house mornings, on-call remainder of shift
  • Average census: 10 – 13 patients
  • Level III (B) NICU — 25 weeks and up, grower/feeder focus
  • Team model: 1 neonatologist + 1 NNP per shift, NNPs conduct rounds
  • Umbilical lines, intubations, and occasional chest tubes required
  • Vaginal and C-section deliveries with neonatal emergency response
  • No surgical cases onsite
  • J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcomed
