Day shifts running 7 am – 7 pm at two hospital locations approximately 8 miles apart
Manageable census of 18 – 22 patients with APP support
Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist coverage; no procedures required
Epic EMR used at both hospital locations for seamless care coordination
Independent, physician-led hospitalist group with local scheduling decisions
Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice required
Active Florida license required; employed position with transparent bonus structure
