Quick Facts

  • Monday – Friday; open to 3x12s or 4x10s
  • Clinic hours: 8:30 am – 8:30 pm Mon – Thu; 8:30 am – 6:30 pm Fri
  • 2 – 3 patients per hour with 20-minute appointments
  • 60/40 split — scheduled vs. walk-in patients
  • Chronic and preventative disease management and screening
  • Well women care, well child visits, and vaccinations
  • Same day, sick visits, and pediatrics covered
