Employed by a private hospitalist group, not the hospital; no hospital administration oversight
Patient census of 20 with productivity-based bonuses available for higher volume
NPs cover nights; holidays shared among hospitalists on a rotating schedule
Board-certified Internal Medicine or Family Practice physicians encouraged to apply; DEA required
